How to get my shoes to Dao Resole?

You’ll choose this at checkout:

• Home Collection & Return — €10 per order
  Only available in supported postcodes around Leuven.
  Collection and return take place on Tuesday evenings.
  At checkout, choose Ship -> Local delivery.

• Resole Lab Drop-off & Pickup — Free
  Bring your shoes to one of the pickup points.
  At checkout, choose Pickup.
  After you place your order, we’ll contact you to arrange a convenient time for drop-off & pickup.

  • Heverlee Station

How to choose rubber?

It's possible to replace your current rubber with a softer or harder compound, depending on your preference. (e.g. resoling Scarpa Instinct VSR with Vibram XS Edge, or resoling Scarpa Instinct VS with Vibram XS Grip 2)

What if I’m not happy with the resole?

If you notice a problem with your resole, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a short description of the issue, and a few photos.

We’ll inspect the problem and discuss the best solution with you. If the issue is related to the workmanship of the resole, we’ll correct it without charging you.

If we’ve tried to correct the issue and you’re still not satisfied with the result, we’ll refund the cost of the resole service.

Problems caused by normal wear, pre-existing damage, misuse, or damage unrelated to the resole may not be covered.
