1. Home Collection & Return — €10 per order
On Tuesday evenings, we collect and return your shoes at your home address .
Your address must be in one of our supported postcodes around Leuven to use this service. If your postcode is not supported, this option will be unavailable at checkout.
Resoling multiple pairs? The Home Collection & Return fee stays €10 for the whole order.

How it works
- Add resole(s) to the cart

Go to your cart and proceed to checkout
- At checkout, under Delivery, choose Ship.
- Enter your home address.
- If your postcode is supported, Local delivery will appear under Shipping method.
- Select Local delivery and complete your order.
- On Tuesday evening, we’ll contact you shortly before collecting your shoes from your address.
- We repair your shoes during the following days.
- Once your shoes are ready, we’ll contact you to confirm the return.
- We return your finished shoes to your address on a Tuesday evening.
Orders placed before 18:00 on Tuesday can be collected that same Tuesday evening.
Most shoes are expected to be ready for return the following Tuesday, although this is not guaranteed.

If your postcode is not supported, you can still choose Drop-off & Pickup — Free.
If you would really like Home Collection & Return, you can also contact us before ordering. Depending on your location and our route, we may be able to arrange collection and return for an additional fee.

After you place your order, I’ll contact you to arrange a convenient time to meet at your selected location and hand over your shoes.
If you choose Dao Resole as the pickup point, you’re welcome to visit the workshop and learn more about the resoling process.
You can also drop off and pick up at different locations. Just send me a message and I’ll arrange it with you.
All drop-offs and pickups are by appointment only.

- Bring your climbing shoes to one of the pickup points
- I'll resole your shoes.
- Once they’re ready, I’ll contact you to arrange a pickup time and location.
- Meet at the agreed location and collect your finished shoes.
3. More Ways to Get Your Shoes to Dao Resole — Coming Later
We are also exploring more flexible ways to send your climbing shoes to Dao Resole.
Parcel Shipping
In the future, we plan to accept climbing shoes sent to us by parcel. This would make Dao Resole accessible to climbers outside the Leuven area without needing to visit the resole lab.
We are still working out the best way to handle shipping, return delivery, packaging and costs.
Climbing Gym Drop-off Boxes
We are also considering collection boxes at climbing gyms, where you could leave your shoes and collect them again after resoling.
Before introducing this service, we want to understand which gyms and locations would actually be useful, how often collections should happen, and how climbers would prefer the service to work.
